Harold Hamm Diabetes Center

Please mark your calendar for the 13th Annual Harold Hamm Diabetes Center Research Symposium. This event will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 in the Samis Education Center at Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. Deadline for abstracts will be announced this summer. OK-INBRE Funding Opportunity

The Oklahoma IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (OK-INBRE) is requesting applications from full-time, tenure track faculty (or equivalent) at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) or the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF).  OK-INBRE will fund four Research Project Investigator (RPI) Awards with a start date of November 1, 2016 and an end date of April 30th, 2019.  Funding for awards is anticipated to be $80,000 in direct costs per year.  Applications must align with one of the OK-INBRE research themes of 1) Microbiology & Immunology, 2) Cancer, or 3) Developmental Biology.
